1. What happens once we’re members?

Your Independent Client Advisor (ICA) will work with you to understand your needs and determine how your organisation can derive most value from IT Experts Exchange. Your annual membership entitles you to five days of consulting each year.


2. Are your expert members vetted?

Every individual expert member and each member firm in IT Experts Exchange has been personally recommended by a respected CIO (or equivalent) and rigorously vetted by us.


3. How do you intend to find the experts we need?

 

Your ICA will draw upon their extensive consulting experience and their knowledge of the capabilities of our members to bring to you the expertise that best meet your needs.


4. By recommending experts, can a member be held liable for the experts’ work?

No. The client membership agreement indemnifies you against this possibility.
