Brian Henry, Independent Consultant

Brian Henry is a successful and highly experienced business transformation executive/director with over 20 years experience. 

He has strong strategic, commercial and operational skills gained on the board at First National Tricity Finance (FNTF) and NatWest Insurance Services (NWIS), and as a Vice President at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGEY). He has an exceptional IT delivery, programme and change management track record gained in both consultancy and line roles.

He is confident, practical and results orientated and an excellent team player, man manager and programme director (running teams up to 250 and budgets of up to £25m p.a).

Now an independent consultant, Brian is the director of Henry Associates, a network of high calibre consultants which provides programme services and solutions to a range of blue chip clients.
