Fiona Farr, Independent Consultant

Fiona has world-class skills in business transformation and a track record of shaping and delivering successful change. She has over 15 years’ consulting experience in Accenture, Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini where she was a Vice-President in the Business Transformation practice. She has led several large-scale enterprise transformations in both the private sector (principally financial services) and in central government. Her core expertise is in transformation programme management, business integration (the bringing together of people, processes and technology) and business process and organisation design.

She has also led the design and development of service lines, market offerings and professional competency and career development models for consulting services. At Accenture, she led a project to fundamentally transform core processes and successfully developed and promoted new market offers at both Accenture and Ernst & Young.  Following the merger of Ernst & Young’s consulting business with Cap Gemini, she developed the consulting career model for the new organisation.
