Our Independent Client Advisors (ICAs) are here to ensure projects run smoothly and that our clients are happy with the work carried out by the experts.

A client's main point of contact at IT Experts Exchange, an ICA acts as a personal consultant. They work closely with both client and experts to develop their relationship and oversee the assignment from beginning to end. Their considerable experience in the field - typically 20 or more years as an IT consultant - enables them to understand the project need, to propose solutions and to ensure that each assignment delivers on its objectives.

Your Independent Client Advisor (ICA) will work with you to understand your needs and determine how your organisation can derive most value from IT Experts Exchange. Your annual membership entitles you to five days of consulting each year.
