This depends on bringing about effective change in processes and behaviour across the whole value chain – suppliers, employees, partners and customers. Change management is an increasingly important component of every major IT-enabled business change programme.

Our members have expertise in organisation and process design, people and performance management, job design and evaluation, communications and executive coaching. This experience has been gained in the context of large-scale, complex IT-enabled change programmes.  

Our work in this area covers:
  • business transformation, usually associated with or enabled by IT. This work encompasses the development and implementation of new processes, organisation, roles, responsibilities and performance management.
  • organisation capability development. This work involves changing the performance and culture of an organisation – helping the management team and the whole organisation identify and then achieve their goal performance.
  • performance management. Given the focus of IT Experts Exchange, we have a very strong focus on the performance of the IT organisation itself (in the widest sense, including end-to-end processes between IT and business and IT and service providers).
  • coaching. Our work for CIOs ranges from one-on-one coaching and career management to training and development of effective teams through to full-blown organisation transformation.
